Rova began inside an independent residential operation. We needed a professional way to manage residents, maintenance, cleaning and daily tasks, but the available alternatives were either fragmented tools or complex systems designed for much larger operators.

So we built the platform we needed ourselves — simple enough for a small team, but structured enough to run a professional operation.

Rova is now being adapted for other independent operators facing the same challenge.
